We also offer two specialized services for the budget conscience.

SafeGuard Visits

These visits usually last 30-40 minutes. In that time, for example (depending on customer preferences), our CareGiver, upon arrival would speak with the client, make sure they have eaten, ask or remind them to take medication, collect newspaper and mail, put something in oven, take time to fold clothes, adjust thermostat, make their bed, bring them a blanket /afghan. Basically make sure the customer is well, safe and comfortable.

SafeGuard Calls

These are designed for the parent or loved one that does not want to be “hovered over”. A simple telephone call to the customer (at a designated time of your choice) to insure they are safe and well. Typically a 5-10 minute procedure. Speak with the client, ask how they are, remind them to take medication, find out if and what they ate, ask about future appointments, discuss current events, plan future outings, etc.
